Full-day experience | Departure: 8:00 AM | Pickup: Ventana al Mar, San Juan Forget the typical tourist route. Come experience Puerto Rico through the eyes of a local. This is more than a beach trip — it’s a day filled with local food, culture, adventure, and one of Fajardo’s hidden gems. 🕗 Your Experience 8:30 AM — Departure from Ventana al Mar We’ll head east from San Juan, with a few special stops along the way. 🥟 Piñones — Puerto Rican Street Food Our first stop is Piñones, one of Puerto Rico’s favorite spots for authentic local street food. Enjoy a taste of classics like alcapurrias and bacalaitos. Your tasting is included! Any additional food or drinks you choose to purchase are not included. 🥾 Playa Escondida — The Adventure Begins Then we head to Playa Escondida in Fajardo. Getting there requires approximately a 35–40 minute walk each way through a natural trail. The hike is not considered difficult, but you should be comfortable walking and exploring outdoors. Once we arrive, you’ll have approximately 3 hours to swim, relax, take photos, soak up the sun, and enjoy this beautiful hidden beach. 🌊 🚐 Return to San Juan 🎶 Casa de la Cultura de los Hermanos Ayala Next, we’ll stop to experience a little of Puerto Rico’s musical and cultural heritage and learn about the traditions that make our island unique. After our final stop, we’ll make our way back to San Juan and end our experience. 🎒 What to Bring Keep it light — you’ll be walking to the beach!
